I came here because of some great reviews and the convenient location and Mila did not disappoint !! she’s quick and great at making your hair look fabulous. I just got a cut but I will 100% come back for more services. definitely a hidden gem in Deerfield. Super cute and clean salon too 👍🏼

Went to Charm Beauty Lounge to implement my new extensions and I couldn’t be happier! Mila and Allan did an amazing job, I love the way the new extensions look on me and I will definitely be coming back to retouch them when the time comes!

They are my Life Saviors. Mila and her team are combination of experience, integrity and expertise in hair and nail services! The hardest part of job is to make customer happy, and they always take their time to actually talk to the customer! My hair and nails are always look amazing after them!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have been seeing Mila for years for all my color, cuts and extensions. Coming from NY, I can say hands down, she does the best job. Boris also is a blonde expert and also does my color and the color for all my blonde friends. I recommend them to everyone. I have never stayed at the same salon for this long in my life. You can see all my results, to see that they do the most gorgeous job.

Love this place, you can get hair and nails done and everyone are super nice and professional. Always fresh cup of coffee and fun conversations while being serviced, filled with positive energy and feeling beautiful when done. This is my favorite hair touch-up and haircut place! Mila was amazing! It’s been a journey with my hair being so dark. Mila was able to achieve ashy brown look. Everything came out beautiful. She is truly an artist.

I came in skeptical as this was recommend in a group amongst moms.

Michael took a strained of my damaged orange hair and tested as he wanted to make sure my hair would be able to handle the magic he promised to make.

He took the time to do two foils due to the blonde and parts of my hair already with color.

He explained vividly his process and advised to do the center back in a few months so I can see if I was happy with the results of todays service.

His Knowledge in balayage was refreshing.

I had box black hair dye in my hair years ago and he took this challenge with a smile.

Best service ever! I was so nervous to go to a new hairstylist after my old one ruined my hair with poor highlight technique, but I am happy I went here! Mila did such a fantastic job with my hair! I love the balayage that she did on me. She also recommended some amazing products for my hair that completely changed my life! I am so so happy I found this place and will come only here from now on :)

I love how professionally I get my hair done! It’s been 2,5 years since found Mila. Never disappointed. Always I get what I want. Having dark hair with a little bit Asian roots not easy to get ashy/caramel highlights. I my always looks healthy , even after bleaching and then toning my hair. Highly recommended! Well done!
